This training supports Anna ISD mentors participating in the Texas Mentorship Training (TMT) program. Participants will strengthen their skills in building effective mentor-mentee relationships, coaching and providing feedback, supporting first-year teachers, and implementing the expectations of the Anna ISD mentorship program. Required for designated mentors participating in this training pathway.
